I am a Canadian, free to speak without fear, free to worship in my own way, free to stand for what I think right, free to oppose what I believe wrong, and free to choose those who shall govern my country.” - -The Rt. Hon. John Diefenbaker, Canadian Bill of Rights, 1960

The whole judicial system is at issue, it's worth more than one person.”--Serge Kujawa, Saskatchewan Crown Prosecutor, 1991

I just finished to read Timothy Shire’s article "Autumn Morning" and I was impressed about his realization that the Saskatchewan Health Care system is intentionally re-re-structured to make it more confusing. This is our main problem in our society, that is the drive of our sold out politicians and 'buziness' leaders to make our world more confused and press as a consequence for more streamlining and fragmentation and more Free Market.

Yes, Free Market is the laissez faire of the few and privileged to make our world more confused. Just think about the meaning of President Bush’s doctrine to fight terrorism "either with US or against US" and you realize how more confusing this world is getting.

I find it interesting that while we have an opportunity to avoid an immediate attack against Iraq with the reintroduction of weapons inspectors in Iraq, we have President Bush asking unprecedented use of force against Iraq from Congress. And I find entertaining to realize that as Bush & Co. play the music of war against anybody opposed to the US foreign policies so CNN is entertaining the public in picturing the heroic acts of patriot George Bush Senior in WWII.

The New York Times is reporting today (last Friday) the pre-emptive foreign policy doctrine of Bush & Co. and I invite you to reflect on the dogmas of this new doctrine. Bush & Co. have no clues of our social and economic needs and therefore they want to go to war and win another battle against terrorism. Bush & Co.’s new doctrine states

"Our forces will be strong enough to dissuade potential adversaries from pursuing a military buildup in hopes of surpassing, or equaling, the power of the United States"

and I ask if this is a message of peace or a dogma of a never ending war. And Paul Krugman is just right as he compares the present economic difficulties to the first George Bush Senior’s difficulties of the early 90ies. Good economics is getting to be just a matter of a vision: peace and not war and the Bushes are wrong.
