I have written the story on the collapse of The Enron Corporation
and in doing so I have naturally proceeded with my critical
understanding of reality as researched on the Internet. I have
highlighted the intricacies of the corrupted behavior of Enron to
show the perversity of our ideology of the Free Market. Yet, we have
the big media corporations which in the name of the ideology of the
Free Market whitewash all the news and ignore the root causes of the
collapse of Enron, that is the Free Market itself: globalization,
			deregulation, and corporate welfare.
In my Enron's story I mentioned how the company entered a deal
with the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) in India with
the assistance of the American embassy and the CIA. And I wish the
readers to ponder on the guarantees provided to Enron by the State
of Maharashtra to "indemnify and keep indemnified the company
against any loss sustained or incurred by the Company by reason of
the invalidity, illegality or unenforceablity" of the deal. Now,
with this kind of inconceivable clause (and out of the law to my
understanding) it is obvious that people get to hate Enron and
corporate globalization. But again, our corporate media is
consciously oblivious of any critical thinking and they don't tell
us the truth as they whitewash all the news.
What I want to say is that we don't need the whitewash of the
corporate media, what we need is an alternate media.
