Historian Kevin Phillips has stated that our democracy is being replaced by a plutocracy, that is the selected democracy for the few and privileged.

Think of how Uranium City of Northern Saskatchewan has been contaminated and erased by the map by the mining industry with the complicity of the Government of Saskatchewan.

Think of the monetary exploitation of the horrible 9-11 attacks as the wording "Let’s roll" is being trade marketed.

Think of the effects of people dying and suffering of AIDS as drug corporations are extended stronger copyrights.

Think of corporate welfare as corporations avoid taxes, as corporations fudge their accounting figures, as corporations have hijacked the American government and as corporations export wars to support their technological and commercial advances.

It is not true that our present decadent economic system is the fault of few bad apples as these bad apples include President George Bush himself as he used his politically marketed family name to make money and as these bad apples include Vice President Dick Cheney as he used Halliburton Corp. to fudge accounting and to make money.

After so much talk in the media about Bush wanting a regime change in Iraq, we have compassionate conservative Bush reassuring the American people and the world that he will consult with Congress before taking any military attack against Iraq.

The Bush administration cannot be trusted. The FBI have been requesting lie-detector tests for members of Congress. Nor can anyone trust a single word of what Bush says as the Bush administration itself, locked in the world of black or white where the pigs fly, doesn’t know yet if Saudi Arabia is a friend or a foe.

President Bush has not reflected yet on the fact that 15 out of the 19 hijackers were Saudi citizens.

Instead to reflecting on our history and on our democratic development I got petrified one more time as watching CNN we were asked to express our freedom in the form of the opinion poll: Is Saudi Arabia a friend or a foe?
