The Free Market is rigged!
You don't believe me?
- Well, how can you explain the division between rich and poor
countries, and between rich and poor people?
- How can you explain the US unilateral military intervention
in Iraq while oil world production is expected to peak in the
next few years?
- How can you explain the exclusion of France, Germany, Russia
and Canada from competing for the reconstruction of Iraq?
- How can you explain Pentagon and Bush consigliere James
Baker doing business with the Carlyle Group, the Saudi Royal
family, the Bush family, and now being appointed to fix the
Iraq's debt owed mostly to France, Germany, Russia?
- How can you explain the excessive price the US government
pays Halliburton for importing fuel from Kuwait to Iraq?
- How can you explain the American gospel of privatisation of
public services while the rich get richer and the politicians
deprecate the lack of money for public services?
- How can you explain the privatisation of the US military?
- How can you explain the foreign policies of the US as
alienated from common people?
- How can you explain terrorism when president Bush and his
family have been doing business with the Bin Laden family,
Saddam Hussein, and the Saudi Royalty?
- How can you explain Pentagon consigliere Richard Perle
receiving money from Boeing and Hollinger International Inc.?
- How can you explain... ?
- How can you explain a US trade deficit of some 5% of GDP?
- How can you explain a US budget deficit of some 5% of GDP?
I have this explanation:
The rich and famous have taken over the US government and since
the American economy is close to one third of the world economy,
they can have the continuous and instant gratification to bully the
rest of the world. And, if the printing of the American dollar is
not enough to bully the rest of the world, well, then there is the
Bush's doctrine of war against terrorism: "You are either with
us or against us"
